Our coaching programs — including Bold & Courageous Living Mindset Coaching, Visibility Blueprint, and Stop Hiding Voxer Day — are designed to provide faith-based mindset support, accountability, and practical guidance.

By purchasing a coaching program, you acknowledge that results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your own commitment, effort, and application of the tools and guidance provided.

06 · Affiliate Links & Disclosures

This Website contains affiliate links — primarily on the Favorites page. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This helps support the ministry and allows us to continue creating free resources.

• Payment is due at the time of purchase or according to the payment plan agreed upon

• For payment plans, you authorize us to charge the agreed installments on the agreed schedule
• Failure to complete a payment plan does not release you from your payment obligation
• Digital products and downloadable resources are delivered electronically and may not be refunded once accessed

We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) to handle transactions. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.

08 · Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality and intention of everything we offer. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Coaching Programs (90-Day, Visibility Blueprint): Due to the personalized nature of our coaching programs, all sales are final. If you have a concern about your experience, please contact us directly and we will do our best to address it.
• Stop Hiding Voxer Day ($97): Refunds are not available once the Voxer Day has begun. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Digital Products & Downloads: Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
• Summits & Events: Refund policies for summits will be communicated at the time of registration.

If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing concern, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.

09 · User Conduct in Coaching & Community

In any coaching program, virtual summit, or community space associated with this ministry, you agree to:

• Treat Semonna McNeil and other participants with respect, dignity, and kindness
• Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by other participants
• Not record, share, or distribute coaching sessions, summit content, or community conversations without written permission
• Show up with honesty, openness, and a willingness to do the work

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a coaching program or community for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or violates these terms. In such cases, refunds will be handled at our discretion.
